Just felt the urge to write an entry although im tyred+shleepy now..Went to tampines swimming complex to accompany my 2 lil sis..They juz renovated that place so decided to check it out..nyce place exp the lifeguard area plus++MORE cute n handsome lifeguards..ahakz..The place was very the packed wit people..the makcikz and the small kiddoz..I swim at the competition pool since there'z more lifeguardz there..ahakz..did some "cuci mate" too..hehe..im bad..swim..swim..swim then thiz guy "bumped" into me..was kindda kereng la coz im like alone while he'z wit hiz frenz..guess i shall not elaborate more on that..herez a pic i took while waiting fer my sis in the loo..

Many stuffz had happen recently..Guess time reallie do made me CHANGE ..i've been having my asthma recently..Do have difficulty breathing sometimesz..Guess i'm not the same old shaf coz i've got to CUT DOWN ON COLD WATER and drink lots of PLAIN WATER instead...CAN'T comsume "cold" stuffz afta 8pm..The doc saez that i CAN'T stress myself up..CAN'T make myself too tyred ..CAN'T do traineouz stufz again or else asthma will "visit"me again..it'z kindda difficult to adept wit it..what can i do..guess i give it a try and see how it goes on..but im sick of it..
